About the event
Group participants will meet online with Brooke Montoya, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as Certified Hyonotherapist and other group participants each week for four weeks. We discuss various topics for that week to increase successful outcomes. Between sessions group members utilize their skills, will work in a 50 page color workbook, and listen to hypnotherapy audio sessions to enhance success.
