Our practice got the name from a dream the founder had one night after weeks of brainstorming for the "right" name. After searching through information, it was discovered that Carl Jung once replied to the famous psychiatrist Robert Johnson when asked if the human race would survive with, "If enough people do their inner work." This profound connection and dream message thus completed the vision for Inner Work Holistic Wellness & Counseling.

Our vision is to bring to Oklahoma evidenced-based counseling practices that encompass healing for the entire mind-body-soul in a deep way beyond just "coping", while also providing other meaningful and healing energy practices not easily located in the metro, under one practice.
